We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or ordinary visible 3D print layer lines described on the product listing.
If your item arrives broken
Contact support@customcrftwrks.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will provide a replacement at no charge, including replacement shipping. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund for the damaged item and its applicable original shipping charge.
Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear after delivery is not covered by this arrival-damage policy. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Shipping within the United States
Orders ship from Pomona, California 91767. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Keychain orders placed through our Stripe payment link have a flat $5.00 shipping fee per order. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped only; local pickup is not available.
Keychains and Chihuahuas can be purchased through their respective Buy buttons in our collection. Each product is purchased separately on Stripe.
